Change Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to assist with the organisations two major existing projects (Oracle R12.1.3 Implementation Project and Alesco HR/Payroll Implementation Project)

Please note: This is an initial 5 month contract that will commence early June 2012

?

Responsibilities:

  • Developing Training, Communication and Change Management Plans
  • Identifying appropriate stakeholder communication vehicles, tools and channels
  • Executing Communication Plan/Schedule via a systematic communication campaign
  • Conducting Change Workshops for Project Team and Business Stakeholders
  • Preparing Organizational Business Change Impact Assessment
  • Working with Project SMEs to create Training delivery curriculum, contents, tools and aids
  • Managing Knowledge Transfer through Road-shows and Knowledge Transfer sessions
  • Coordinating Training Materials Development and Training Delivery Classes
  • Reporting on Change and Communication progress
  • Maintaining strong collaboration with and engagement from Business Stakeholders
  • Creating Project Lessons Learned and Change Registers
  • Documenting and capturing feedback from project stakeholders
  • Identifying Systems' Go Live Change and Communication Activities and Deliverables
  • Coordinating transition to Business As Usual (BAU) state and post implementation review
  • Proactively identifying and raising Change, Communication and Training related risks and issues

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years Change Management experience, including working on large programmes
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Change Manager/Coordinator role
  • Experience managing system change and transition
  • Strong knowledge of Change Management Frameworks and Methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven track record in delivering Change Program in line with Project's and business needs
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Change Management Frameworks
  • ERP Projects Change and Transition Management
  • MS Office Suite including Visio
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently without close supervision
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (Change Management Focused)
