This has been a long journey but one that we have diligently prepared for and are ready to help equal minded real estate entrepreneurs throughout the United States. ?While I refer to this process as a ?journey? we are by no means near the end of this journey and in fact perhaps a chapter is more relevant.

This new Chapter is going to unfold very promising and exciting times as we meet the up and coming real estate and property management stars of America in our Franchisee matching and exploration process. ?We have grown as a Team through this process as we developed from a coaching and consulting organization into a formalized Franchise that delivers world class support and infrastructure for our family.

The real estate market and specifically the property management industry are in the midst of significant changes that will continue to yield phenomenal opportunities. ?As the world of foreclosures continue and Investors continue to own rental property, the property management marketplace is stronger than ever and continues to get stronger. ?The methods by which we find our Property Owners are second to none and are timely for the market. ?While our main opportunity and focus is property management, we also know that as the market turns someday and we enter an appreciating market, the property management industry will face a slight drop in popularness as many Investors will want to sell to realize their gains. ?This is why the Averis Concept will be perfectly positioned to not only perform property management, but to take advantage of the real estate sales cycle as well. ?Never before has a business model existed like Averis: ?Property Management is our BackBone ?
