Time Warner Cable's East Region currently seeks a Manager, Inside Account Management for our Business Services office in Charlotte, NC. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

Position Summary:
The Manager, Inside Account Management position is a sales management role within our Business Class commercial sales team. Individuals in this position are responsible for managing a team of Inside Account Executives focused on outbound sales and retention of the existing customer base. The Inside Sales Team is responsible for the upsell of voice, data and video services to existing customers, as well as renewal, retention and winback of customers.

Essential Job Functions:

? Responsible for the planning, directing and day-to-day management of the Inside Account Executive Sales Team.

? Responsible for ensuring sales lead volumes an funneling the market process

? Responsible for coaching and development of AE supervisors

? Responsible for achieving a monthly team revenue quota in data, phone and video sales

? Oversees team personnel activities concerning hiring, training/development and sales performance evaluation

? Translates approved sales priorities into sales plans and programs for the Inside Account Executive team

? Responsible for making sure monthly billing quota is achieved

? Prepares regular sales activities reporting for presentation to senior management

? Insures consistency and accuracy by all team members of sales databases that are necessary to report sales activity and customer information

? Enforces all department and company policies and practices to insure sales process integrity

? Coordinates work flows between supporting teams and departments

? Works in conjunction with business services support personnel, including sales support and marketing personnel

? Conducts weekly team meetings to review sales team performance to defined goals

? Serves as a company PR liaison at industry, community and vertical market events

? Attends all sales meetings and training sessions as required by management

Job Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred; or equivalent training, education and experience required.

? Seven to ten years experience in a fast paced sales environment required.

? Requires three or more years of sales management experience, preferably managing teams selling data, voice and/or video solutions in the commercial telecommunications market required; Previous selling experience in the cable/telecommunications industry and/or B2B is strongly required.

? Position requires a proven track record of success in managing a quota based sales team

? Must be an effective communicator that can direct and motivate a sales organization to successful goal attainment

? Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required

? Strong analytical and negotiation skills required

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities

? Delegates authority to carry out work of a unit to subordinate supervisors or managers.
